What Magga is

Magga AI is software that answers a shop’s Messenger conversations using that shop’s own catalogue, prices and instructions. Magga is not a party to any sale between a shop and its customers.

Your account

• You must be authorised to act for the shop and to connect its Facebook Page.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what your account does.
• One Facebook Page can be connected to one shop at a time.

What the assistant may and may not do

The assistant quotes only prices and stock that come from your catalogue. It does not decide discounts, refunds or delivery charges. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you put in the system and for the orders your shop accepts.

Credits and payment

• One credit is one reply. Models that cost more per reply consume more credits, and the rate is shown before you choose one.
• Credits are consumed when a reply is delivered. A reply that fails to send is not charged.
• Credits are not refundable in cash, and unused credits expire when an account is closed.
• Prices for plans and top-ups are shown in Myanmar Kyat.

Acceptable use

You may not use Magga to:

• send unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who did not contact your Page first;
• sell anything unlawful, or anything Meta’s Commerce Policies prohibit;
• impersonate another business, or present the assistant as a human when asked directly;
• attempt to reach another shop’s data.

You must also follow Meta’s Platform Terms and Messenger policies. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will say why.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but it depends on Meta, our hosting provider and the AI provider. We do not promise uninterrupted service and we are not liable for a sale missed while a third party is down.

Ending the agreement

You can disconnect your Page or close your account at any time from the dashboard. Your data is deleted within 90 days of closure, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
