If you messaged a shop on Facebook Messenger

The fastest route removes your data automatically:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Apps and websites, find Magga AI, and choose Remove.
3. Facebook tells us immediately. We delete your conversations and messages and show you a confirmation code you can check on this site.

You can also simply email min@bettermyanmar.com from any address, telling us which shop’s Page you messaged and roughly when. We will confirm within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your conversation with the shop and every message in it, in both directions.
• The name and page-scoped ID we stored for you.

Orders you placed are not deleted — a shop must keep a record of what it sold and what it still owes you. Your name, phone number and address are removed from those orders instead.

If you are a shop using Magga

Sign in and use Settings → Close account, or email us. Closing an account deletes the shop’s catalogue, conversations, knowledge and files within 90 days. Ask us for an export first if you want your data back.

Checking a confirmation code

If you have a code from a deletion request, open /data-deletion/<your code> on this site to see what was removed and when.
